Using this site

This website is provided by Base Marketing to describe our services and to let businesses apply to work with us. Content on this site is for general information and is not a guarantee of specific results.

Applications and engagements

Submitting the application form does not create a contract. If we accept your application, a separate written agreement covering scope, pricing, term, and cancellation is put in place before any paid work begins, and that agreement, not this page, governs the engagement.

Results and our 90-day guarantee

Marketing performance depends on many factors outside our control, including ad platform policy, market conditions, and the client's own business, so we do not promise a specific number of leads, bookings, or return on ad spend beyond what is stated here or in a signed agreement. Where we do commit to something: if we have not generated a lead within 90 days of an account going live, we keep working at no additional charge until we do, as described on the Method page. That is the only guarantee we make unless a signed agreement states otherwise.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Base Marketing is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or our services, including lost profits or lost business, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law. Our total liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the amount paid to us for the services giving rise to the claim in the three months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Slovenia, without regard to conflict of law principles, and any dispute not resolved directly will be handled in the competent courts of Slovenia. Clients in the United States may still have protections under their own state's consumer law that this section does not override where such law applies.
